Birds Pattern By William Morris Designed for the walls of his own drawing-room in the family home, Kelmscott House, London, 1878 Many of William Morris’s patterns are over 150 years old. These fabulous designs have stood the test of time as The Morris & Co company still sells his wallpapers, textiles and homewares today “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” William Morris (1834 – 1896) Please note: Not all of these are kept in stock in our Gomshall store, please contact us for stock availability if you prefer to collect from our store. The sizes quoted are the overall frame size. The prints are A3 and A2 with overlapping mounts. They are then printed with archival grade methods to ensure the highest quality and prevent ageing, all of which are framed and ready to hang. Printed on archival-grade 315gsm paper with fine art inks. Mounted with an antique white conservation grade Daler Rowney mount board. All of our frames are made from solid wood and include a glass front. All frames are made, painted and finished in the UK.
